- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service to qualify for a refund.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the service time may be subject to a cancellation fee.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days and will be credited back through the original payment method.
